Default Turkey Bowhunters (Attention)

Guys do not forget to practice your short yardages!!!!

I shot my bird lastyear at 12 steps.

10 yds I am 1 inch high
15 yds it's less than 1/2 inch High
20 yds right on
25 yds1.5 inches low
30 yds pin is right on
35 yds 3 inches low with 30 pin
40 yds right on

Practice, practice, practice

I have been shooting sittingdown from 40,35,30,25,20,15,10 every night I can. 5 shots from each distances and 2 rounds.

Good luck guys!!!

Good advice. Right now my wheelhouse is about 16-20 yds. I need to practice some 10-12 yarders.

At 3 yards, use your 40 yard pin. You can argue all you want, but don't argue with me until you do it. Period. Good call Germ.

Yep. Also Germ, I shared some info with the birds in your area. I told the "Look big and look close, cuz his bow drops off REAL fast like."
