Default Do you use a kisser button?

How many of you use kisser buttons? Im strongly thinking of taking mine off, I shot about 60 times this weekend, and my top right lip is all red and hurts alot from the button going forward.

I use one and have ever since i learned to shoot. In all that time, i have never had it rub a spot on my upper lip.

I started out with one when I was 12 or so. I took it off a few years ago, and developed a solid, consistant anchor point and my shooting improved. The corner of your mouth moves, and unless you anchor it to a tooth, its not as consistant as a real anchor point.

Used one on my last bow, it was ok. Got a new set-up 2 weeks ago, no kisser, don't miss it at all.

I have always used one. I guess it is just because it is what I'm used to.

WhenI first started about 10 years ago I tried one but found that they dont work well with a face mask, I couldn't stand the face paint when it dries out......
