Default I need help and some advice with my new bow!!

I recently purchased a brand new Bear Truth 2 set at 65lbs. I just installed a QAD Hunter rest and a string loop. That is it so far. I haven't had a peep sight or anything else installed yet. So I set it upmyselfusinga cheap center shot tool and my eye. Like every other bow I've had, it worked perfect. I was shooting bullet holes on my very first shot through paper. I couldn't be happier at this point. Well being stupid and always tinkering with things, I started messing with the nock height. So I adjusted my nock height down a little.I can't remember if it was instantly, but very soon after I made the adjustments, I wasn't shooting bullet holes anymore.I didn't quite know whatto make of the hole in the paper. I really couldn't tell if it was a tear or not, but I just new that it wasn't an obvious bullet hole that I was used to seeing. So I attributed it to my nock adjustment. So I put it back to roughly where I had it before, butit didn't change anything. So I figured that maybemy arrow was making contact with the rest. So I did the powder test, and I did not see any signs of any contact on my rest. Ialso rememberedat some point in there that I increased my limb bolts one turn. So I undid that, but still no change. I had a spare QADrest and triedsetting it up exactly the same as in the beginning, but I was still getting the same results. And again, no indication of contacting the rest. I have three different types of arrows, and I know that the spine should be plenty stiff enough on all of them. So everything is basically back to where it was in the beginning when I was shooting bullet holes, but no bullet holes anymore. SoI moved my rest away from my riser (which is the direction I was thinking I shouldmove it based off of the questionable tear I was seeing). Well, that made an obvious tear. So I moved the rest closer to the riser. Well, now after that I was shooting bullet holes again. So I put my center shot tool upto see how muchoff from center I was, and it was considerably off (even to the naked eye). So now my confidence is shattered. I could leave it there and shoot bullet holes, but now I know I would never trust it. I don't know if something happened to the bow, and it was just coincidence that it happened soon after making adjustmens or what? Why shoot bullet holes from the start at center, but now have my rest far to the inside and shooting bullet holes? I look down my string at brace and everything looks okay. I'm going to my shop soon to have my peep installed and to discuss this issue. I would just like some advice on what I can look for and what are your opinions? Thanks for any help!!

Maybe you started torquing the bow after the initial setup?
