what would happen....if someone got shot with a Arrow with some sort of BLUNT tip like a Bunny buster/shell casing/judo....

i was watching a show where they were talking about less lethal Ammo out of guns and they were demonstrating a Bean bag bullet that Travels at 250FPS.......which can possibly kill someone but its unlikely.
i was showing my buddy who doesnt shoot anything.....my equipment and he was asking me questions
and then he saw a blunt tipped arrow tipped a ground down field point and spent handgun casing. and he told me that i definately cant kill anything with that, not even rabbits....i told him he was wrong but he doesnt believe me.
Absolutely could kill someone if it hit them in the right spot...other than that, it would break bones, or maybe even enter your body if the arrow splintered for some reason.
A shell casing or a judo point I believe would penetrate like they do animals. I've taken several bunnies with judos and they don't bounce off. I don't know what a bunny buster is.
Sounds like something you would expect to see on Jackass.
