Default Sight level???

I was out shooting the other day and got to noticing, at full draw, that the level on my HHA had the bubble to the left so I leveled it up and it was very uncomfortable for me to hold and shoot that way. My question is do y'all pay attenetion to the level on your sight or just shoot the way that's comfortable?

I try to make sure that it is level every time so then I know I am exactly at the same anchor point every time and the level helps from you not have misses left or right.

Yes...the uncomfortableness (is that even a word?) you felt was you canting the bow which you have to do when shooting on unlevel surfaces. I ALWAYS pay attention to the level and cant my bow to get it level. You'll notice shots hitting right/left if you don't pay attention to it.

x2

when I changed to a sight with a level, I thought no way is this thing right, it doesn't feel "comfortable". Well I checked and it was true. Now I don't get those left/right misses (as much )

I'd recommend reading this
article by Spot-Hogg on usage of levels and 3rd axis.

I absolutly use my level. It took some getting used to but it was well worth the effort. If I have tools that help me become a better, more accurate shot I am sure going to use them!

I've been doing it so long it's second nature.

Draw back, settle in, align housing in peep, check bubble level, acquire target, aim, shoot. It all happens in about 2.5 seconds if I'm doing it right.

Same procedure, but it takes me a little longer. I'm still getting use to my new bow.
