Default Huntingson and all other GTO advocates...

I got around to setting a GTO up today to get some speeds.

I set it up at 28.5", 62lbs (maxed out), Whisker Biscuit, and loop.

Here are the numbers.

323gr arrow- 311fps
380gr arrow- 293fps
400gr arrow- 284fps
520gr arrow- 252fps

Thank you sir

Compared to your Cardiac what did you like better, what did you like worst?

Compared to my Cardiac....

The GTO is a heck of a lot faster. The Cardiac in no way shape or form, does anything close to the 320 IBO.

The GTO has a better back wall.

The GTO has a stiffer draw cycle

The Cardiac is quieter but not by a whole lot, if the GTO had some string leeches in it, it'd be even better.

The Cardiac is deader in the hand but the GTO is REALLY dead as well, this is close to a tie.

Both bows are VERY sharp looking.

Those speeds seem slow to me. That would only be about 330 at 5gpp/30". Even though there are NO GTOs reaching 350 fps, they will usually shoot in the high 330s to low 340s.

I've yet to see a GTO reach 350.

Regardless of what it shoots, the thing can MOVE. The draw cycle is VERY smooth considering the IBO. The "Ninja" GTO is one sexy looking machine

At those specs, that 400 grain arrow is looking mighty fine with a nice draw cycle. What weight arrow willyou be hunting with?
