Default down range velocity????

Does anyone have a program or know of one that calculates the down range velocity of various arrow weights with various initial velocities? I have one for bullets but not arrows.

The reason I ask is I am toying with the idea of messing with my arrow weight, but I want to know how it is going to affect my energy/penetration, etc at ranges out to 50 yards.

Thats your best chance. The problem is arrows vary much more aerodynamically than bullets so it is difficult to generalize.

OnTarget2 and Archer's Advantage will do that. I don't have access to my full version of OT@ right now but I do have access to AA. If you give the bow, DW, DL, arrow, nock type, point weightand fletching I can give you a good idea of what it may be.
