Default Turkeys in the grass....

I've got a place I tell people I see turkeys 7 out of 10 times when I ride by. I told Rob this once.....as we drove by and saw a bunch of turkeys.

Just rode by there, buddy......they're in the grass. Photo doesn't do them justice.....but there were at lease 12 of them in there.

3 weeks from today.

Yeah, it was the first time I was down there and that was fall. We were coming upon this spot and Jeff goes, this spot up here, I see turkeys 7 out of 10 times and as we turned the corner, BAM there must have been 20 standing there. Ya got to love it when that happens.

He calls tonight to shoot the bull, says I'm coming up on that spot. We hang up, couple minutes I answer, "7 out of 10?" I hear, more like 10 out of 10 now...LOL

Keep on eye on them, I'll be down in 3 weeks!

Rob and I hunted about300 yds from where these birds were located, last season.

It's within a mile of my home and VERY near my father in law's land.

We'll be hunting these birds.
