Default darton 2 1/2 cam

anyone seen the new darton bows not sure i like what they have done i have been a fan of there bows for years but the new range looks like a step backwards with solid limbs and that bit of plastic keeping the top of the cables seperated

any opinions ?????

My maverick and cyclone are acouple years old and I haven't gotten a look at the new ones, where did you see them at????

i have a maverick as well and still think its a great bow to shoot see what you think heres there web page

Hey Oz,
I looked at it and as you said different, I really like the CPS system and have been shooting the Darton Pro bows for 10+ years, I would like to get to look at one up close before making my mind up on this one. I am glad I saw this post, as I am planning to get a new before bow season,I will have to look at this new system hard. I thought I had my mind made up to get a new bowtech this year but maybe not....Here in the south Darton is not a popular bow, a lot of the guys here look at me funny when I say Darton, they haven't heard of them except for the lower end bows at academy or bass pro....The reason I bought the Maverick was b/c they said it was the only bow on the market to shoot more kinetic energy than draw weight....it does too @ 70lbs it is shooting like 76 ft.lbs.....I will try to find a dealer down here in the south, so I can put my hands on one of these and check it out...

I did a little research and there is only one dealer in the state of Texas and he only carries kids bows, doesn't look like I will get to try one out.....Oh well....

damm that aint good i cant find a dealer in florida either was going to have a look when i go over later this year

i really like dartn bows and same as you would like to see one in the flesh before i make a desicion looks like it may just be the bear truth if i cant see one
