Try not to assume people are arrogant and cocky on the forum
Hey guys. I just wanted to make a quick comment about something I observed and thought about tonight after reading a reply I had.
Try not to read into peoples responses as arrogant and cocky...Remember we sometimes get excited and want to tell others about our success because we love hunting so much..
Remember we all love it as much as you and we feel the same way as you...so sometimes we may come off as a no-it-all.....but most of us are not...We just get excited to talk about our experiences..
Have fun
Brian

Brian, you are soooooo right. There's a couple guys who I've thought that way about, then either met them or talked on the phone and they're the nicest guys you could meet.
But then again......some of them are just downright cocky and arrogant....

So Don, which one am I?
I'll be the first to admit my sarcasm... it's just the way I am. But I'm also extremely laid back and fun loving.
Oh and as someone once said, "Read NOTHING into my posts, I mean EXACTLY what I say."
Good call MI!

When you have the "passion" for hunting and using your bow to do so, sure you want to let your friends know of your accomplishments, there is nothing wrong with that...it's human nature. If you can't tell your friends here...who can you tell...everyone needs some accomplishments. We all need to remember the excitement factor here...

Dub...there's a big difference in cocky and sarcastic. Now, I've met you, I've talked to you, ......I know which it is. But, to keep your mystique alive and well, I'm gonna keep quiet and let everyone else make up their own minds. IF they can that is.....
