That happened a few years ago!!!At 43 I'm just trying to keep what I got! All these pics were taken in the last 6 months or so though. I still hit the weights but no where near as heavy as I used to do. I have found that I don't recoup from injuries as fast as I used to.[&:]

Nowhere near your size, but I can relate to the recoup thing. I hit the weights on-again, off-again and dang when you get a certain age, the torn muscle just wants to stay torn.lol
If I was your size for one day, man the intimidation I could wreak on some buddies of mine.

Tell me about it....[&:]Itake much more time towarm up my muscles now before lifting. For bench presses Iused do the "1,2,3,4 plate warm up" With Olympic weight sets that translates to: (lbs)135, 225, 315, 405. All 10 reps each, then I can start my work out. I can't tell you how many times lately I've got to 315 and felt a "twinge". I immediately stop and rest the muscle. If it doesn't happen at 315 it won't at 405 (or any other heavier weight) just 315 for some reason. So I've doubled the reps on 135 and 225 (20)and dropped the reps to 5 on 315 and 405..seems to be working.....sucks to get old![&:]

DANG!! And I was proud of myself for benching 210 once...LOL
