Thanks, I am sure that there are alot of variables. I am looking at 500 acres in western Pa. where there are appx. 5-8 that will have access to the propery.

well i cant help you out for PA, but here in missouri if you had 5-8 guys going in on a 500 acre lease, it would be fairly cheap
