I went with the STS because it's more adaptable to different bows, cheaper, and great customer service.

Jeff, You really are a piece of work![8D]Remember you pour Gas on someone and stick a match to them you might get burnt yourself

I always tell people the same thing. String Suppressors are a great accessory, and there are many choices. Look over what's available and buy the one you like. Then just enjoy the benefits!!

Im with GR* and the "ass" (JOKING JEFF) I too have the STS thats what my shop carried and thats what went on the bow! I did not know till recently thta Dan carried string suppressors! Ive seen them and they look real good. I beleive they would perform as good as the STS does same style rubber stop on them!

Well, I'm happy to say that I've bought 2 suppressors from Dan (MeanV) and the first one works perfectly and the second one I had to return because I gave the wrong measurements and it did not fit. I called Dan and he said I could return it and get a refund. I was never called a "dumb ass" even though it was my error. BTW, the reports about STS have been more negative than positive i.e. the stopper blowing off as well as other string silencers.

Well, if your reason is so it matches your bow go for it, but make sure your purse is in Mossy Oak too

Actually, I think a string suppressor custom fit to my bow would be sweet. Then even I couldn't screw up settingit up.
