Default Thoughts on these 2 bucks this year?

Think he will jump up a lot? Shoot or wait another year? He is still alive.
Here is the cam pic from last Aug.

The second one I think you should take if you get a chance, tough call on the first one...may only be 2 1/2 in the pics you have. Lean body and doe-like face still. But, if he comes in front of you and has added 15 inches, then I think he's got some problems too!

From what I see now and expect in the coming season..

I'd smoke'em both.

The second is probably a shooter now and he'll only get better.

The first deserves consideration due to unique-ness and if he puts on another 15-20 inches this year ..he'll look awful good on the wall. Those extra stickers will add up too.

Tough call on the first, especially if he does add more this year (must be in Alaska, sun still up at 22:30?)In the second case looks like he's close. All depends on what your goals are, neitherlook like they've topped out yet.

If it was me, I wouldn't think twice about taking the first though.

I agree the first buck is young, but I also think it will be very hard to pass on him this year. The second buck is a shooter this year without a doubt. Good luck chasing them!
