Just want to get everyones thoughts on what they think is the best county in Missouri to hunt. A buddy of mine and I are going to take a week and hunt Missouri, we have access to a bunch of private land, all in different counties. Just trying to decide which county we should key on.

If you look at the results from the past couple years, Callowayhas the best numbers (but lost big numbers in blue tongue deaths) as well as some of the biggest bucks. Also have to consider Adair and the surrounding counties to the NE.

Thanks for the input wallhangr. Adair is one of the counties we are looking at hard. We have 184 acres there, we also have several farms in Scotland, Sullivan, Mercer and one big farm in Schuyler. Just did not know which one to start looking at first. I would love to be able to hunt all the farms, but can only get away for a week this year. So we want to take one farm, scout it hard and see if it pays off come November. Thanks again for the input.
