Yes. If bucks can get as big as the ones listed below does can certainly reach 200, probably not many do but it's possible. I hunt a lot on the Eastern Shore and the deer over there are far bigger than the ones I hunt in other counties in VA. I killed a young buck during gun season that weighed 180lbs and another during bow season that went over 200. I have killed many does over there weighing 140-170(admittedly a guess on the does, I think I'll use the scales more this season to besure and satisfy my curiosity)but none breaking 200. I'm sure there are probably a couple roaming around there though.

The biggest whitetail of all that I found came out of Minnesota. A hunter there had a 402-pound field dressed whitetail taken in 1926. And, believe it or not, another hunter matched that 402-pounder in 1981.
and also:

The Whitetail Deer
.......For example, the largest whitetail on record was a Minnesota buck with a live weight estimated 511 pounds. On the other hand, adult bucks in the Florida Keys weigh as little as 50 pounds. In various regions of the United States, bucks average from 100 to 150 pounds. Deer over 300 pounds, are exceptional anywhere...........

Same buck as mentioned above just more info:

Heaviest whitetail
In November, 1926, Carl Lenander Jr. dropped a monstrous Minnesota buck with a single shot. The field-dressed deer weighed 402 pounds. Conservation Department officials estimated its live weight at 511 pounds. No heavier white-tailed deer has ever been recorded.

I was hunting with a buddy of mine in Indiana about 10 years ago when he shot a doe that dressed over 200lbs. The scale in his barn read 207lbs, I told him his scale was messed, took the doe to a local archery shop and the scale there read 211lbs. No common, but very possible.

I entered a "heaviest doe" contest at Gander Mountain afew years ago... and I shot a real whopper doe. Evenafter I got done stuffing both hind quarters with about a few handfuls of lead weights and injecting thefront shoulders and tenderloinswith my marinade injector (adding a little water weight) - I could still only get that sucker up to 137# field dressed. I won though.

That was a joke. Well... at least the part about the marinade injector

A 2OOlb doe, I guess its possible. I'd have to see it to believe it. There are so many people out there that shoot a doe and right away its 130lbs+. It takes a monster doe to hit 130lbs. Lots of assumptions by people, most of the time there full of it.

a 200 lb doe is very common where i hunt in NY, when its 20 or colder every day, and a foot of snow on the ground, they have to weigh that much to survior... i saw a big old grey doe this year, i guessed her weight to be about 250, she was with 2 yearlings and just made them look like cats.

I work with a guy that shot one years ago in the 300 lb range. I think it was a state record at the time or something. Shot it with a bow as well I think. I didn't verify it for myself, but everyone else at work said it was true. I have never seen any that big, doe or buck.
