Default arrow drop

Im not sure where I saw the post but the post was about how much an arrow should drop between 20-30 yards. the bow was a general(i think?) at 65 #.
He was concerned that he had to much drop, about 6-8 in I think. healso said his gaurdian only had 2-3 inches drop.
My gaurdian has about 8in drop between 20-30at 65#. Im shooting real tree mfx 400's cut at 28" 100gr tip.Is this about right? it didnt bother me until I saw the post saying he only had 2-3in.could the difference be hunting arrows vs target arrows.thanks
