Default What speed are you getting out of your General's? Shot it today...sweet bow!

Just wondering what speed everyone is getting out of their General's?

I got my tax return back and am going to be looking at the General and the Guardian.
My draw length is 30.5" inches long and I will be shooting 65 pounds.

Default RE: What speed are you getting out of your General's?

My draw length is 28 inches at 60 #
With a 420 grain arrow that I currently shoot I was getting 248 fps. I didnt realize how heavy my arrows were till we weighted them after the poor chrono results. The dealer had some speed pros and they shot 296 fps. I found 4 of the speed pros on ebay for 15 bucks so Im going to give them a try and see if I like them. Oh yeah this was with speed mods

Good luck to you. Its a tough decision between the general and guardian

Default RE: What speed are you getting out of your General's?

Thanks guys.

I went across the road on lunch break to the bow tech dealer and shot the General. Very smooth and very silent. The only drawbacks I had was the weight seemed heavy and didn't draw back as smooth as I am use to with my solocam.

Overall it felt nice. No shock or anything. Did you guys feel the weight of the bow as being a drawback?
