I looked at this 80 acres 2 years ago to buy. I got a strange feeling about the place. I almost pulled the trigger, but I talk to a few neighbors and ran like quicksilver from an NRA convention

The night I scouted it, I counted 268 deer around the area. Most were in 1 field[&:]. I found out all the land owners had an Anti QDM agenda. Bucks only, and it was like the mafia[8D] I was told flat out how to hunt, LOL.

If I would have bought in, I would have shot does by the truck loads Here is the lease description for this year

Nicely wooded 80 acre hunting property with very good woods and nearby farmland and water sources. This "Bucks Only" lease has several (at least 5-6) existing shack blinds just waiting for you - or you can hang your own stands. Plenty of deer and turkey waiting for you.

So when they say bucks only, does that mean visible antlers?

Have you ever leased from Basecamp? I've been on that site for years never leased anything from anybody..but do the negociate from the price at all?

No they do negociate on price as far as I know.
