I feel like i could comfortably anchor higher thus moving my peep higher.... any advantages to this? I kinda have to hunker down to look out of my peep, and im learning relaxing is the key, so should i move my peep up higher.... if so:
can i do it myself without reserving? My peep is tied in with serving above and below, could i move this myself with something like a fork? (yes im serious) Or does all the serving need to be replaced?

Your anchor needs to be in a solid, repeatable spot. Once you find that anchoryou can then move your peep to where you look through it without moving. It does need to be reserved in the right way.
MOVE THE PEEP TO FIT YOU.don't use a fork,if you can't slide it by hand,it will need to be retied. I can move both my serving and peep anytime I need to.
I am not 100% I'm pickin up what you're layin down here, but if you anchor higher on your face/jaw/whatever, that would acctually require your peep to be lower.... or closer to your nocking point.
At anyrate, when you come to full draw and anchor your head should be upright and your peepsight should be in front of your eye. If you are relatively new to bow hunting, and have been gun hunting for a long time, you probably have what I call "gun stock" syndrome... meaning that you are wanting to lean your head over on to your hand, like you were snugging up to a rifle stock on the bench (and even then its wrong).
It depends on how your peep was served as to wheter or not you can move it. If there are two separate serves, then yes you can, and its as easy as wrapping a shoestring around the string just above or below the knot you want to move, and sliding it forward. If the serve is in one piece and wrapped around half the string where it goes past your peep... get it moved by a pro. Either way... getting it moved by a pro ain't a bad move... for God sakes don't use a fork or a screwdriver unless you have decided to buy a new string.

Swamp Collie, that is exactly what im doing! Im leaning in a downward, inward motion to my peep. my peep needs to be higher, its actually gonna have to be removed and re-set, its setting perfectly sideways in my string now.

Same for me. I just haven't got to my bow shop yet to have it fixed and re-served. I need to get it done before I get the muscle memory built up so much that it is hard to change.

You know how I figured that out.... cause I used to do it too..... its a very natural sort of reaction. A heck of a lot of bowhunters are guilty of that. Soon as I can get them to stand up straight and lift up their heads their shooting gets better. That and shooting with both eyes open are the two big helps.
