Default I have no idea what i just bought... help?(pics)

OK just Got back from Gander Mountain, where let me first mention i saw LKNChoppers Avatar on the trophy pic board... That was kinda cool. Well decided to buy me some bino's so i look and glass the 3d targets from the optics desk for about an hour trying to decide how much i wanna spend and what i like best.

I almost bought the Perma focus but couldnt adjust myself to focus closer images. So i went with a pair of "supposedly" Bushnell Explorer WP 10 X 42...... $99.99. Well they were out all except for the display, so im thinking i stood here this whole time trying to decide and there out.... all they could sell me was the display... so i asked for a discount being it was the display... manager came over and said sure, we can give you %10 off, so ok he hands me all the stuff with the price tag and were off,

I go to the front checkout.... and tell here about the man. saying i could have a 10% dicount, she's like sure so she rings them up and they show 49.99 she takes the 10% and they go to 44.99 and i showed her the price tag again and she says, well the rung up for 49.99 so thats what you get them for. I was like SWEET!! so now i come home and to save my life have no idea what kind of Binos i jsut bought....

Heres what the ACTUAL Binos have written on them.... on the focus knob: 10 X 42 Bushnell waterproof FOV 304 Ft
on the bono body: 251044 SH China AQ

Heres some pics: they look nothing like the explorers, very similar to the Trophy but still notta match. Id really like to know what kind of binos i just paid 45.00 for....

Beats me. I just ordered some Brunton Eterna's 10x42's today, I was able to go check out some different bino's and I REALLY liked these for the money. They just really seemed to pick up the lines on the 3d target REALLY well. Now I wish I could have gotten them for 49.99 . Heck 99.99 would be a HUGE steal aswell lol.

Aaron, I'm not sure about shooting Cherokee Laurel Bloomery this weekend. I'm going to shoot it but I have no idea when. I can't really give you a day, so I wouldn't worry about trying to come down and shoot with me. I'd love for you to, but my schedule is VERY undecided right now.

No those aren't the explorers, I have the explorers and they don't look like that! Close but not the same.

Bushnells. Yep definatley Bushnells. Take em outside, play with em. If you don't like em and you can't get your money back at least use the store credit to get a pair you do like!

EverythingI can find says that the 25 in the product number denotes the explorer line.

Those are probably a 2006 or 2007 model.

Don't worry about what you bought. It seems like a method of passage for all wanting to see better. You'll probably go through several more pairs of less expensive binos over the next few decades and finally if you're financially able... will buy your last pair that's going to cost you a a lot of money. As far as the ones you bought. Don't take them out in the rain, don't drop in water, don't try to use them in crappy weather. Other than that, they're fine in a car. LOL

I bought the same binos from Sams club for 40 buck. 100% waterproof and pretty good optics. I have a pair of Nikons that fogged up on me so I bought these as a spare pair. I like them so far. Haven't used them a ton but so far like them. As far as the model I can't remember but it should be on the website.
