Default Shoulder injury....any ideas?

I'm fairly young(30) and in decent shape.. Anyway, I played basketball for a couple hours about a week ago, which I do pretty regular.. Anyway, the next morning, my shoulder/collar bone area was sore and it hurt to put weight on it. It stayed sore for a few days but then went away. No big deal I thought..

Well... today I went to my first 3-D shoot of the year and I had not shot my bow since the injury.. When I first pulled the bow back I could not believe the pain! I was absolutely unable to hold at full draw... Its not really my shoulder, but more between the shoulder and the collar bone...
This is the first problems I've ever had with shoulders... Any ideas of what the problem may be?

I've had the same thing happen. It would come and go for a while but I haven't had any problems for a long time.I did put up with it for a couple of months. If you have insurance go to the DR., I'm self employed so I only go when it's life or death or it's death to my wallet!
