Default Another Customer Service Thread (Buck Knives)

A couple weeks ago I decided my knife was due for a sharpening...so I pulled it out and began to work it over the stone...as I was sharpening I noticed a huge crack across the handle of my knife..I have no idea how this happened...so I looked onthe Buck Knife website to see what their pocily was on repair/replacement...turns out they have a FOREVER warrenty, not lifetime, forever...well I sent it in with a letter explaing that I had no idea howthis damage happened and if they could kindly replace or repair it, I would appreciate it.Well when I went to get the mail today guess what was in the box...a brand new knife...they just replaced it NO QUESTIONS ASKED

Great Customer Service from Buck Knives!

I tell ya Buck have great customer service and even better warranty.

Years ago when I was a pro roo shooter I had a buck knife that had been sharpened that much the blade was paper thin anyway the blade broke.
Now keep in mind that this certain knife was atleast 10 years old, I took it back to the shop I got it from they told me to return it to Buck so I did and they replaced that knife like you say no questions asked.
