Default Need to Vent.(update)

Called the bowtech shop up here, and asked the guy if my modules were in.... same guy that couldnt figure out what module i needed.

He said stumbled and said they should be here in a couple of weeks!! Thats what he told me a couple of weeks ago! Like i said he's a nice guy but GOSH! He told me he put in a oder for them last week and was gonna add some strings to the order this week... so i said well if he hasnt shipped them have him switch them for the speed mods. but the more i think about it, the more it agervates me! A month for modules?? I gotta call him back at 4:30 but im thinking of just calling him and telling him if theyaint been shipped cancelmy orderand if they have then i just wait for the smooth i guess. Im torn what would you guys do?

Call bowtech, you can order them yourself. One of the techs names, if Iremember correctly, is jeff. He has taken great care of me when I had questions and I also needed a new module for my diamond a few months back he took great care of me and didnt even charge me for the part.

They told my shop 2-3 weeks on a set of 50-60# limbs. I assumed that was due to me ordering them in Black.....but I thought it was maybe SOP to give the 2-3 weeks answer and "maybe" pleasantly surprise the customer.

No clue....

I talked to Nick, ordered the speed modules, they will be here in 3-4 days. I ended up paying $32.00shipped but i dont care, i was getting a little impatient and now I got the speed mods rather than the smooth. So its all good now.

That was quick. Now did you ask him about my new limbs?

Good going, Aaron.

I am looking at getting either a general or guardian in the next month or so, is there a big difference between the speed and smooth modules?

The Guardian does not have a Speed and a Smooth mod. The General has both and yes I noticed quite a difference in the draw between the 2. I just switched over to the Smooth mods getting ready for Turkeys in a few weeks.
