Welp i finally decided that Im a hunter and want to hunt with a bow....Bought an 07 Reflex Growler. Shoots fairly nice and is alot more compact and lighter than the others i chose to shoot yesterday...
Fairly basic setup as of the moment probaly start to upgrade things on the bow once it gets closer to hunting season...Any ideas of what kind of things i should upgrade???
Has True-Glo's basic 3pin sight, quiver and wisker arrow rest.
I have not bought broadheads yet and only bought sportsmans warehouses 400gram arrows...any ideas for these as well??
Thanx guys.

Deer coming into my treestand, a big non-typical. Setup is perfect. I draw back, take aim, and the pin settles perfectly on it's chest.....My thumb hits the release, arrow glides noiselessly toward it's target............then I woke up.....dang, another day of classes *sigh*
At work right now...lol will get them up as soon as i get back home....LoL im a little new to the board, but ill catch on fast i hope..
Any1 have any ideas of what i can upgrade...Spent a little less than i was expecting on the bow...So lookin for a few new little upgrades...My dad is also thinkin about gettin a bow so i thought if i upgraded i could hand down some of the accessories i take off...

As for upgrades on the quiver Trophy Ridge as a good quiver. If your going to shoot mechanicals, Vista as a neat quiver that opens up. As for a arrow rest the Limb Driver as got some good reviews. As for sight i like the Tru Glo that you already have.
Welcome to the site and to the passion that is Bowhunting, sounds like you have a decant setup, a three pin sight is just fine for hunting,I shoot 100 grain montecs and 340 grain beman arrows. Alot of guys will tell you to get a drop away rest but its all in what you like. I shoot a whisker biscuit and works great. I would say with it being your first hunting experance with a bow just have fun with it.
