Default Target Fright!!!

An interesting topic that some of us have delt with in the past. I use to have a bad case of target fright...not sure if it was because I grew up shooting trad. bows or what...

My problem was....When my bow site would get near the circle....but not locked on....I would release....I was a train wreck for a while...I solved it initially by making a fist before I would release........eventually it went away.....would did you guys and gals do if you had this problem??

Default RE: Target Fright!!!

I have never been frightfull of a target, I'm sorry they just don't scare me. Maybe if I painted one of them creepy clown faces on it that might do it.

I am having that problem now when I shoot, it usally starts after I have been shooting for awhile and my shoulder gets tired. I just try to consentrate harder on my target and try to relax.
