Default More Kudos for Lancaster Archery.

I have to say, this company is impressing me more and more.

I posted how I spoke with gentleman from Lancaster Archery and how he'd have some missing points from my shipment and some black nocks waiting for me in Harrisburg.

When I got there, sure enough, they were there however, the nocks were the wrong ones. Another gentleman mentioned how sorry he was but he'd correct it. I said, not to worry I'll place the order online. He said as he handed me his card, you tell them I spoke to you and the order is free as well as the shipping. I said that is not necessary.

Well later I happened to walk by the booth and the gentleman hollered at me and handed me the nocks I wanted. I don't know where he found them and I asked what I owed him and he said, have a nice day. I said again, that's not necessary and he said Rob, we appreciate your business. As I shook his hand, I smiled and said, you'll see alot of it.

Kudos Lancaster archery! Kudos.

I have heard nothing but good things about the company and you have first hand proof of it. Can't beat great products with even better service!

I have had similar experiences with them,I had ordered a vista chair so I could have it for an ASA tournament but I was told over the phone that they wouldn't have any untill after the Metroplois shoot.I told the lady on the phone that was the shoot I needed it for and she said that there would be one waiting there for me when I got there.I walked up to their booth and sure enough, there was one on hold for me.

I get upset with the shipping cost from them from time to time but the service is second to none.

I can get things through the shop I shoot for most of the time but the service through them is so good that I will always make a few purchases just because.

I bought my Vectrix XL from Lancaster Archery at the Harrisburg Show in '07. They set it up nicely for me, I only had to make a tiny adjustment on my sight and it was dead on. Thanks Dale!Oh yea, they have everything you need at Lancaster.

Any target gear I cannot get locally I order thru Lancaster archery. Like TFOX, at times there shipping seems high... But they always have what I need and their shipping is fast so it is worth it to me.

I live near Lancaster Archery and go there often. Great group of people that work there. I have been dealing with them for years and never had a single issue.
