Better check with your local laws about shining after a certain time. I know in Wi you cant shine after what is it 11? Correct me if im wrong someone from Wi. Im not sure about laws back east but if you get caught here shining after hours theres a pretty good fine involved.

During the season you cannot shine after 10P.M. outside of season it doesn't matter in WI that is.

Thats right. And no shining is allowed in buffalo county at all. Actually they are proposing a bill this year to ban shining state wide. We'll see what happens I guess. WCL
