Default STS or not?

I was thinking of putting a STS on my HOYT. What is you all's opinion whether or not to add it. |I know, I know what your thinking....I thought you shot a Mathews. I do but have other bows too, I am not Mathews purest there are many good bows out there today. Anyway, to add or not to add is the question.

|P.S. Oh yeh I did get4 deer with stick and string this year and as luck goes I shot a 150 class 10 pointer and and could not find it. |It was a complete pass through in the front shoulder at 22 yards from 25ft up. This is a huge disapointment an many ways.Hope you all had productfull seasons.

I do make a rear mount suppressor and sell the front mounts for bows that don't accept a rear mount. I think string suppressors are one of the best bangs for the buck in archery accessories regardless of which one you use. They do make a difference!

Default RE: STS or not?

I agree about the Meanv sts. I think it does look better than the standard STS system. However, STS does have a new side mount system specifically designed for Hoyt/Reflex bows. It mounts to one of the quiver holes rather than the stabilizer mount. I would check it out before you make your final decision. I also don't know if a MeanV system will fit on a Hoyt with the Tec Riser. Do they have a rear stabilizer hole?

Dan answered my question before I was finished posting this.
