Default NC - Bass Pro Shop to Hold 3D Pop Up Tourney

I am not sure if you guys know this. With all the 3D shooting going on around here lately. BP in Concord, NC is having a shoot real soon.

February 8, 2008 - February 9, 2008

3-D Pop-Up Archery Shoot
Youth, Adult and Women's division prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division.
Each round will consist of 14 arrows at 7 different targets (7 each from 2 different positions)
Entry fee for Adults and women is $10.00 with the proceeds going to Big Oak Archery Club.
Preliminaries will be on Friday evening beginning at 6:30 and finals will be Saturday afternoon at 4:00pm. Please call Carl Pieper 704-634-8775 or Don Bowers 704-474-3008 with Big Oak Archery for more information.

Lisa and I will be celebrating Valentine's Day in Charlotte with friends that weekend.
I can't make it.....but it sure sounds like a lot of fun.

I should be there shooting if I can get down from working in the archery dept. there. I just got hired as a full time archery tech at that store since my job at S&S Graham cut back on a LOT of hours. Rick and the guys from Big Oak are a great group to deal with, and their shoots are always well organized and alot of fun. One tip though, if its anything like it was back in august, be ready on that speed round those targets sure do pop up faster than you think.
