Default Choosing A new Arrow Question

Heres My setup
PSE Fire Flite 33
60 pound draw weight
EFF Let off80 Percent
75 Actual Let Off
29 inch draw length
28 inch Carbon express arrows
golden Key TM Hunter Rest
Top gun sight
Limbsaver mini s coil stabilizer
Lumenok

My question is I am getting ready to buy new arrows and want to make shure I get the right ones. Right now I am shootingcarbon express Terminator 4560's. I am looking at getting the new cabon express Rebel arrows and am going to fletch them with4' vanes witha4degreeRoffset. I am going to put some new muzzy 100 grain 3 blade broadheads and a lumenok on the back. From what I have told you do you think this arrow is to heavy or to light for my bow or should I go with blazer vanes instead of regular vanes. The spine on the Rebel is 0.412 and it weighs 9.9 grs/inch.The size I am going to get them cut 28 inches and size 4560. The reason i am asking is some of the technical stuff about arrows is hard to understand like spine how much is too much and stuff like arrow mass and arrow speed arrow velocity. With my setup how much should my arrow weight. I want to thank everyone on the site for answering not just mine but everybodys questions it's nice to have a place to come and get your archery questions answered. Thanks
