Yes we are a different staff than the shooting staff, or hunting staff. I think there are now 10 members if I remember correctly. Our responsibilities include, online tech support, working various shows, etc., etc. Matt is our fearless leader and may have more to add to this
Most of us (if not all) who havebeen appointed Corporate Staff are financially solvent on our own accord that we weren't looking to the position to "get a deal." Our ranks include a dentist, construction business owner, a manager within a large publishing company supervising 50 or so direct employees (at least), and I myself work in medical sales.
I mainly help work marketing and sales events (Deer & Turkey Classics, ATA shows, et. al.), assist online with questions and other matters,as well aspersonally calling on 2-3 dealers a week within a multi-state region as the local face ofour company to ensure things are going well and running smoothly. We also provide a trusted source of internal feedback on various matters, and offer input and suggestions for upcoming model changes or new products.
