Default Bow Manufacturer - Most improved, Most stagnant

Atlas' thread on the technology leader in bow techology got me thinking ......

1. Who is the bow company, in your opinion, that has improved mre than any other in the last few years .... now, I'm talking about a company that had fallen behind and has come back, or one that is providing competition against the big names out there ....

2. Which manufacturer do you feel has stagnated as others have picked up their game ....

TeeJay .... I agree with #2 ..... but Bowtech started great ..... they are continuing with excellence ... I'm looking more for someone like Bear, who put out the Truth, trying to compete with the big 3, or High Country, who has been asleep until the last few years ...

1. HCA used to be one of thetop of the line bows, then fell off the map. Now it seems to be coming back, or maybe Fran just posts so much about it that it appears to be coming back.[8D]

2. I shoot and like hoyt, but their bows, while making small improvements and tweeking them a little, seem to be pretty much the same from year to year. Thisties into Germs point about visual advances in technology and actual unnoticedadvances in technology. Atleast last year they changed the cam and limb pocket colors, pretty impressive.

I really dont think that any bow company is stagnant. Some just are making leaps and bounds toward new things every year. Some companies find a good thing and stick with it. just build on that design and tweek it from year to year.

Does it all matter? Put any of thier bows in any of our hands and the deer will still be killed or missed, independant of what bow we are shooting at the moment.
