Default cudos to tru ball

I am giving out some cudos to this company forsome great products at reasonable prices with excellent customer service.I have had to deal with the factory directly twice now and both times they took care of my needs very quickly.I must add that neither were their fault.

I had a little mishap with the bt I have and broke the thumb handle off.I emailed Brandon and he responded the next day to just get in touch with the office and I could order a new one directly.Well,It took me about a month to get back with them but I did and it only cost me $7.50 SHIPPED and took 2 days to get it.

The first time was a similar deal but I just wanted a different trigger for my wrist strap and the same thing happened.

That is the way a company should be run so anyone looking for a great product with great customer service, they should be at the top of the list.

I also have a Carter release and love it but have never had to deal with their service.

I'm really toying with the idea of getting an ST-3. Just so I have another release besides my Scott Longhorn. I'dprobably hunt with the ST-3 as well.
