I had met this guy in my local gun shop, he had shot this buck last weekend. Makes me sick to think I quit bow hunting after our muzzlelader season. The buck scored right around the 200" mark, will see what he scores after the 60 day drying period.

I really enjoy the late season hunting. Cold, snow and not a lot of hunters or anyone around! Thats a nice buck..[:-][:-][:-][:-]

I think I would have tried to save up some money to get that beast mounted. The antlers are nice, but why not get something that is once in a lifetime mounted.

PA, He just has the antlers because it is waiting to be mounted pal, guaranteed. That is an absolute hog buck of a lifetime!

I'm sure the cape is at the Taxi right now. Takes a few months to get it tanned. Mine is at the Taxi and I have the antlers. I couldn't part with them for that long. I'm sure he's the same with his.
