All I know is when I was shooting it into my Block 4x4 the head put holes in the foam material. And not little holes either, pretty good size. The practiced heads ripped it up pretty good because they weren't sharp. So I guess it depends on whet kind of bag/block your shooting into.

Yea, into a Mackenzie buck. They were a pain to get out.

I've shot them in my 3D target at the cabin, and they tear them up pretty good. Come to think of it, I think there is still one in the target that's been there since November that I shot on my way out to a tree..............[:-].

Alot of clubs have rules prohibiting the use of broadhead practice tips during their 3D shoots. I'd check before you use.

I don't think any club would allow you to use them. They do tear up a 3D target faster then field points.

What's the point of shooting them? Your field points should fly the same with less damage to the targets.

They would NOT be allowed at my range. Targets are expensive and you know.... One guy does it, his buddy does it then those guys see ya doing it..... EQUALS a destroyed $400 target in no time for $80 of range fees. Doesn't equal out
