Default Diamond edge limb?

Going to the archery shop today to have this bow adjusted formy 10 yr old son. I got it with the 30-40 lb limbs. How much under the 30 lb DW can we go, if he cannot quite getthe 30lbs back. I thought someone on here said they went down to 26lbs DW
I know we need to watch the threads on the limd screws, but was just wanting to keep it safe! He may be able to pull back 30lbs, not sure yet.
Any info would be appreciated!
Thanks
Crutch

Default RE: Diamond edge limb?

crutch- I have heard guys taking them down to 25 lbs. at Gander. I would not reccomend this. Set it at 30 and see what your son can do. If you got it and they have not tinkered with it, it is maxed out from the factory. I also read in your other post you were going to go with the WB.

IMO, your pro shop should swap out your prong rest for the "Hostage" that comes on the '08 models.
