anchor point

I've been shooting a bow for roughly a year now and just the other day a friend of mine pointed out how high my anchor point is.
what I do is i use the fletching at the corner of my mouth, I've never had a problem doing it and I have shot in 3 inch groups at 30 yards since i started doing it.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has an anchor point like this, or if it is truly strange as my friend thinks.
