Default what is the fastest most accurate bow under 33 inches long?

I am looking for a new hunting bow and would enjoy your opinions. What is the best bow with the following characteristics?

Under 33 inches long or shorter
shoots over IBO 300fps
weighs under 4.1lbs
and is accurate

My bow shop spoke very poorly of the PSE x force 7 and am considering the Parker Hornet 2 plus.

Thanks in advance!

Check out the 2008 line of PSE X-Force bows. They have one that is like 26" axle to axle and shoots 322-330fps.

Thanks John!

passthru79,

thx... pse has a very interesting line with the x force but i am hearing mixed reviews. my bowshop is not a fan but i like the marketing pse has done. youtube commercials are convincing but thats marketing.

are there any satisfied/unsatisfiedowners of the pse xforce out there? whatsthe review?

I got to shoot the original X-force. Havent had my hands on any of the newer models yet. The bow is quiet and really not bad as far as hand shock goes. It is pretty stiff to draw, but all in all for the speed I got out of it I was pleased. It was set at 29 inches and 73lbs and shotaround a 380grain arrow at 335 I think. It was smoking thats for sure. I would also look into the new Ross Cardiacs for 2008. They are offering one that is 31" ATA and I havent heard the speeds on it but the original cardiac is rated for 320. Ill bet anything its probably one of the most shootable bows out there.

Id try the Mission Archery Journey 31 ax to ax 315fps. Thats smokeing for a 31 in bow. It has a 7 1/2 in brace heigth and a long raiser it should be accurate. Only 599 way better price than most. Martin makes some smokers and they clame to be the " The Worlds Most Accurate Bows".
