Default Would you hunt this spot??

This is a spot that I hunted probly 10 times it only a 80 yards from my grandpas home. I am having a problem with the deer comeing in too late. I have a food plot as you can see planted in the front of the picture. How would you guys hunt this spot. I know there are some good bucks I have nice pictures of good bucks comeing in later at night.

find where they are coming from and move your stand ahead so that you can catch them before dark

If you know where they are coming from try to catch them on their way to the foodplot if they are coming to it right at dark. I dont know how much land you are hunting but get between their bedding areas and the food plot and you might have better luck.

The deer are comeing from a thick pine forest. straint back in the picture probly 150 yards. The area has a larg oak tree in the middle of a 2 arce field/front yard. Only a small food plot probly 50 by 50. I also put a little corn out too and there are four apple trees there also. This is one of the only buck ever saw during the day.( the date is rong)

Yep, backtrail where they are coming from, find a nice tree with good cover, and get yourself up in it. Whack 'em as they come in for the groceries. Good luck.
