I never have. I sat one day, last year, 9:00AM until dark. I saw a lot of deer that day......but not enough to make me wanna do it a lot. If I didn't see more deer than I do.....I'd do something differently.
I guess missing 1 or 2 bucks over the course of my life is worth it to me to spend some of the day at home.

I did it 2x this year. I'd do it more often if I had more time to hunt during the peak rut time and stands that made sense to hunt all day. The older I get the easier it is to do all day sits. I find if I have food and things to snack on as well as TPI have no problem staying out all day. I often take a nap out there though, this helps too........
I tried it once, didn't even hear anything. It was quite possibly the most painfully boring experience of my life, and I will never do it again. I will go out before daylight and stay til dark, but I need a lunch break in between to break things up.
When i was in highschool and didn't have a steady g/f ,never really did in huntin' season when i was in HS, i did it alot with both weapons my junior year i did it 21 times and loved every minute of it. Now that i'm in college and have a serious g/f (yes she lets me go hunting whenever i want) but the all day stuff just doesn't happen as much anymore.
