Default New Bow...

Hey Guys I just picked up a new bow at Basspro this weekend. This is the first time I have owed/used a bow. I must say I have caught the fever. I got a PSE package that came with the sight, rest. The guy at Basspro then work a while with me and fitting it for me and putting the kisser and everything. My question to you guys is what things should I add or replace. I don't need to do it right away because right now I am just practing and getting good. Just so you know I got a Scott Mongoose Release. But I am open to suggestion on everything else. Let me know why you like that product also.

Default RE: New Bow...

DropTine gave you some pretty good advice. I'd also recommend finding someone to shoot with that has some archery experience and have them help you out. I didn't have this and basically had to teach myself. It would have been much easier for someone to point out things I was doing wrong before they became habits that are hard to break.

Good luck and welcome to the addiction.
