How to reduce size of Pics!

How do you make your picture file smaller so you can upload it and post.

I probably do it the hard way, but I right click on my pic and open it in paint. Under the image tabI click on stetch/skew. Then resize horizontal to 20 and vertical to 20, then click ok. Go to file taband click save as: give it a name if you want (buck1) save it in pictures or where ever you can find it. No more than I post I just save to desk top, easy to find when I post pic! Once you do it a few times you can resize your pic to how it will fit. Maybe an easier way, but it works for me! If you don't have paint I'm stumped! Don't do much of that kind of stuff.

If you are using Windows XP you can get a free image resizer from Microsoft.
