Just wondering now that the rut is over, What do I hunt now?

You can never go wrong with food sources. Some of the big boys will still be checking the fields for any "late" does coming in to estrus.

What are you hunting for, bucks or does? Find the food. I have seen alot of deer moving in the last half of December...more so in the afternoon, specifically the last hour of sunlight...they usually leak out from some thick bedding area and feed within 75-100 yards of those beds...get the right wind and set up.

well last saturday I went and I was in my stand and there were 2 spikes just walking by beside each other didnt even fight or anything, so i figured it was over, I'm probably wrong

If u live in the south the rut usually works in cycles. Another rut should be starting up come the beginning of January. And yes, the can would probaly be my go to call this time of year
