Is this a wounded deer?
I got this trail cam pic this weekend. Sure looks like a some kind of bullet wound - maybe a .22? Anyone got any ideas?

RE: Is this a wounded deer?
If thats a bullet wound, it should of been a dead deer! I'm thinking he might of been scrapping with another buck and got a tine in the side.

RE: Is this a wounded deer?
It does look like a bullet wound, but larger than a .22 and in that case it would be dead. Kinda looks like warbles in a squirrel.

RE: Is this a wounded deer?
Isn't there a scar on the right side of the wound? He's been fighting.
