Check out this huge buck taken in Geary Co. Kansas. Bunch of my buddies come over from South Carolina every year searching for that buck of a lifetime....here it is one man's dream come true!
This deer was killed on Nov. 13. He was following a doe along with a ten point that would have went in the 160's to 170's. This was the 3rd deer my buddy had seen in KS (NOT TO BAD)!!!!!!!!!!! The deer was also takin on public land. It was about a 20 yard shot and he only ran about 35 yards and fell over. Believe it or he sat in the tree from 7:30 until a little after 11 before he got down and put his hands on those horns. ( He is better than me)!!!!!!! What a great deer, hope you all enjoy we sure did.
That is a great buck, BUT the pics. are a pet peeve of mine.................................pictures of nice deer, or any deer for that matter, taken in the back of a truck, or taken any where except in the field where it was shot![:@]
