Ohio State Land?

Looking to try some hunting in Ohio.I have been checking out maps for state land. Does anybody live near or have hunted state land in Ohio that could give me some input on which areas are good to hunt.

akron watershed public hunting area is probably the best public hunting in ohio.Right near a private club I hunt.The area is a bow hunters paradise. HUGE bucks all over.The game club has had at least 10 deer inthe last 10 years overthe 160" mark. One non typical went 198"

Thanks for the infor live2draw. I just checked online & can't seem to find any maps or info on the akron watershed. The Ohio Div. of Wildlife doesn't list akron on their places to hunt section. Is it near another wildlife area or could it be listed as something else?

it is just off of rapids rd in burton. Call the city of akron, i would imagine, for more info. I do know it is huge in size, and has some wonderfully diverse habitat.
