Canon Gl2, Yep I am taking the plunge and going to start taking quaility videos of my hunts.

Be careful with moisture, a ton of reviews an that camera mention moister problems and costly repairs.

Your right Chris but that's pretty much with most of the cameras. We use both Sony and Canon and trust me, it's not good when it rains.

Awesome, I gotta say I really really want one of these bad. Once we figure out what's going on with this house we are hoping to buy, I will know if I will have the $$$ for one of these. I really hope to have something by turkey season this spring. Congrats to you and I hope you can share some cool footage with us in the future!!

Looks nice. I could never video. Just one more thing for me to fumble around with and break. I try to keep it as simple as I can.

Thats a nice camera.

If money isnt too much of an object you might consider getting a PD-170. If you can swing the few extra bills, its definately worth it!

The only thing that the Canon has that the 170 doesnt is the 20X zoom, but the PD has many other advantages.
