Default Got Some Free Boots :-)

So I went to the outdoor gear store with my buddy today and I was looking at some new boots and he says " Hey I got some boots I wore 1 time hunting but they were tight on me so do you know anybody that wears a size 12?" I was like yeah I wear a 12, so he said I could have them for free. I went with him 2 years ago when his dad bought them for him for 120$ at Gander Mountain and they are pretty much brand new, except for a little dust from sitting in his basement. Irish Setter Snow Tracker Pac Style 2871 with 1400 grams of thinsulate, they should be nice and warm for the cold Wisconsin deer hunts and ice fishing :-)

I have a pair of them with 800 grams. I've had them for about 3 years. They are really a good boot. Warm and not overly heavy. They keep my feet warm and dry iin any weather I dare hunt in.

Lucky you! I really am leaning toward Irish Setters for my next pair when my Wolverines wear out. My Wolverines have been very good, but I really like the new styles and fit/comfort of most Irish Setter boots that I have tried on. Looks like good quality to me.

Can't beat that price. Sounds like a good friend you have there. Make sure you return the favor.
