This year was more than ever, around $2500, first year bowhunting so i bought everything i needed for that, also bought a new shotgun and scope as well as new cold weather gear. It is really irrelevant to me anyway, i enjoy hunting more than anything else, its what i work for.

I will tell you this, though... I've been acquiring probably WAY more than the average bowhunter does year after year... and every year, I think I'm THAT close to getting all the stuff I need/want.

I'm thinking two more years MIGHT do it... but I'm not holding my breath.

it seems as though no matter how experienced you are or how much equipment and items that you have, its never enough and there is always something that you want or need and it is a never ending shopping spree!!! But hey, im not complaining.

Well I would like to answer that but I can't for fear of incriminating myself and giving the old lady hard evidence in the form of an actual number. Right now I've been using the old "Not too much" answer to the "How much did that cost?" question...... I think I hear her now......you guyshaven't seen me, OK.

I really haven't spent that much this year. I've spent more on fuel than anything else trying to get a shot at a certain buck. So far he is not cooperating.
